"Cool Aunt Marsha" Visits Utah

What a wonderful way to spend my UEA break! My Aunt visits from Ohio to see my new place and see the sights. We started in beautiful SLC, Park City Main Street, and then drove to Southern Utah to see Bryce Canyon NP and Zion NP. For an added bonus Kris and Tina drove up from Phoenix and my friend Suzi and her darling "doodle poodle" Snickers, joined us.

Marine Boot Camp OH MY!

Last week, I spent the week in San Diego on a teacher workshop with the Marine Corp. It was quite exhausting and informative. Here are few pic's and video's. Our military is pretty impressive! We were up early and out late. My friend Kim from school came too. Molly is the Marine mascot...quite an under bite :) We also had some very handsome Drill Sargents.

KELLY GOES TO CABO!

Royal Solaris all-inclusive resort for 4 days of pampering with friends. Beth, my longtime childhood friend, and her friend Kay joined me in Cabo over President's weekend. It was beeeaaauuuutiiiifulll weather, sun glistening off the ocean, whale-watching, the famous Arch and Lover's beach, and sand as far as the eye can see. We had massages, drinks...lots of margaritas (virgin for kelly!), and some authentic mexican food in the qauint town of San Jose Los Cabos. It was so wonderful to get away to warm weather!

LAS VEGAS

Kelly got new PING golf clubs and a new Ogio bag!! I love them both and had to try them out in Vegas. We had sunny, warm weather and were able to hit a bucket or two of balls.

We hiked both days in Red Rock Canyon Recreation area west of the city. Beautiful!

NEW YEAR'S 2009 IN PARIS

HELLO from Paris!
Suzi had a 3 day layover in
Paris, so I tagged along with her.
We had a blast ringing in 2009 on Delta Airlines :) Thanks to Pam and Robin (fellow sky goddesses) for showing us the sights. We skimmed the surface but got a good taste of Paris in our few days. From those wonderful bagettes to the Eiffel Tower to the Champs Elyssee. I will watch the Tour de France in a whole new way this summer. Thanks Suzi for giving me Paris in 2009!!

PHOENIX IN DECEMBER!

Now this is my kind of after Christmas break! While visiting my sister, we had a few rounds of golf, great mexican food, and good memories with Mom and Dad. Happy Birthday Mom and TIGERS win Alamo Bowl....Thanks Kris!

Merry Christmas Friends & Family

It was a very merry Christmas at our house this year. Mom and Dad from Missouri came to visit Utah! We had a wonderful time enjoying the sights and sounds of the holiday. Thanks for coming to our winter wonderland as we had many many inches of snow while they were here.
