Tropical Storm Omar...Oh My!!This is my 3rd trip to Bonaire and each one has been so different and the last one takes the cake when it comes to excitement :) Each day had a new twist to it...and the biggest was Tropical Storm (soon to be a hurricane) Omar. We also had some unwanted night time visitors who took some of our gear from the porch, a fender bender or two, adjusting to "island time" with 2-3 hour dinners, and the endless mosquito bites! Now for the good news...the storm only lasted 2 days and we were able to Scuba Dive and Snorkel the rest of the week! The sun was out except for those 2 days! A fun group, lots of laughs, playing "catch phrase"...Julie was the best!! And the fish were exceptional, as usual. We enjoyed attending Church and seeing our friends Ellie and Bas again. Thanks for a wonderful trip....no, it was an ADVENTURE!!

Fun, Kelly! I loved the pics and the videos.....although even the videos don't capture how powerful the storm was, do they? What a memory! That picture Brent took of you diving is GREAT! You look like a pro!

I am so jealous that you all went to Bonaire without me! Most importantly, I'm glad you all survived Hurricane Omar, geez! The pictures are beautiful and it looks like you guys had such a GREAT time.
